Belfast City Council invite expressions of interest from an artist or consortium of artists to design, fabricate and install high-quality permanent figurative sculptures of Winifred Carney and Mary Ann McCracken in the grounds of Belfast City Hall.
Mary Ann McCracken was an abolitionist, social reformer and activist who fought for the rights of women and championed Belfast’s poor, and Winifred Carney was a suffragist, trade unionist and Irish independence activist.
Budget
The budget is £150,000 to include all costs.
