Limerick Twenty Thirty invites submissions from artists at all stages of their career for a permanent artwork that complements the cultural and environmental values of Opera Square
The public art commission will be intrinsic to creating an identity and sense of place for the Central Plaza. The selected artwork will be a contemporary, ambitious and visually strong artwork that complements the cultural and environmental values of Opera Square.

Budget
The budget is €100,000 to include all costs and excluding VAT.

Brief
This is a two-stage commission process. Stage one is open to artists at all stages of career based in Ireland and internationally. The selection panel will shortlist up to five artists who will be invited to further develop their proposals at stage two. Information session
There will be an online information session at 2pm on 22 June. Project managers for Limerick Twenty Thirty and representatives from the Opera Project Design Team will be available to answer questions. Please register to attend at visualartists.ie
